Public inventory information
BarnSales displays dealer-approved public information and supported synchronized source information. A listing can change or sell before a customer completes a purchase, so the dealership confirms the final building and transaction details.
Rent-to-own and checkout
Rent-to-own information appears only where supported and is not the building's cash price. When official manufacturer checkout is configured, BarnSales validates the public handoff and sends you to that provider to continue. Provider-controlled agreements, payments, orders, documents, fulfillment, warranties, and eligibility remain with the applicable provider and dealership.
